I got a tummyache in the bus.... I was forced to drop off at Suntec instead of City Hall to make a dash for the loo....

I'll say it before, and I'll say it again: WHY ARE THERE STOOPID IDIOTS WHO CANNOT JUST LIFT UP THE TOILET SEAT IF THEY WANT TO PEE WHILE STANDING?!?!

I had to skip several cubicles before I could finally do my stuff!

Hmm... actually, your sentence got me thinking... is there any other way a man can pee?

I'm a nurse and I know three ways.

Most of the time, I hang up without bothering to answer. Once, I was so pissed I muttured, "Oh God!" before slamming the receiver down. That was bad cause I had to then apologise to God...

Yup! You're pretty good at brainstorming, fudgie! I'd say lying down in bed with a urinal too.

One of my confused patients recently YANKED out his urinary catheter, complete with the inflated balloon at the tip of the catheter!! That balloon's inflated with 10-15 mls of sterile water for injection so, that must have been ... OUCH!!! He had frank blood in his urine for the next few days after that.

I think the sensation must have been akin to giving birth. But seriously, he must have been darn confused to experience the pain and keep on yanking it out anyways!

I had a telemarketing job a long time ago.. *don't lynch me!!! I did it for only like 2 months!!*

It was pretty fun calling people up with various different accents.

It was pretty fun calling people up with various different accents.

Ah well, people have to earn a salary somehow and we all have to start somewhere.

I've stopped answering calls to my home phone. Most of them are telemarketer calls anyways. My friends know to call and start to leave a msg and if I'm around, I'll pick up once I hear their voices.

the other guy in the office is making a lot of idiotic mistakes..

and i mean A LOT of idiotic mistakes...

this is resulting in a huge backlog of stuff which affects me too coz i can't move when that log-jam is still there...

the boss can't tahan anymore and i end up having to take over 2 of his projects now..

and Mr Parkinson's hugeass project which got foisted on him by the HQ is hanging over us... because i am sure he will be unable to do any of it...

yesterday at the dialogue with the No.1, he said that he could not spare anymore manpower for our division...

and i've got this massive fustercluck of an annual report to produce..

all the while other minor bits and pieces of work keep nipping away at us..

when i joined this division 3 1/2 years ago, it was an easygoing place.. now it's like a fricken pressure-cooker... how the hell did it happen?

Actually hahahah I am pretty cruel to telemarketeers too. What to do.

The 'killing' will stop when the demand goes away. So hopefully the sharks don't take it personally when you stop eating sharkfin to stop the poachers from killing them irresponsibly.

Darnit... it had better be cold tonight because it's cold now and I'm going to bring a thick-padded winter coat out. Lately I've been played out by the weather and I've ended up wearing thick coats when the weather suddenly turned much warmer by the time I head home so I look like some cuckoo bird who's over-padded. Worse, there were times when it's warm and I wore thinner coats and ended up freezing and suffering hip cramps because the metal seats at the train station were too cold to sit on but I did and kena butt-freeze.

jeans, tee with a flannel shirt, blundstone boots...

cold never affected me much when i was in that getup
